SOGARDI CONSULTING is a Romanian company founded in 2003 by Dragos Antonache, a former consultant of Barcelona headquartered investment group LITEXCO (for which he worked in Bucharest branch).
Our activity is dedicated in assisting Spanish companies in their process of entering the market of Romania. The core business is focussed on supporting directly individual companies to attain their goals in this market. We help companies to valorify their expertise in their field of activity by providing the most relevant information for their decision makers and facilitating contacts with the key aspects regarding Romanian market.
The support provided consits in finding, selecting and administrating relations with supliers, distributors and partners for joint-venture, organization of evaluation visits and trade missions, conducting market studies, relocation of companies through greenfield investments. For every client we develop individual services, organized on a project basis and tailored to the demands identified together.
Till this moment we had projects in the following fields:
- automotive components;
- metalurgy;
- machining parts;
- plastics, rubber, glass fiber;
- building materials;
- furniture;
- textiles;
- cookware;
- food products;
- tourism;

- foreign direct investments.

SOGARDI CONSULTING is also working closely with various Spanish institutions, especially from Catalunya. Among these we can mention:
- COPCA (Consorci de Promocio Comercial de Catalunya) for which we conducted sectorial market studies;
- Barcelona Chamber of Commerce for organizing trade mission during Romanian Trade Fair TIB 2006;
- Manresa Chamber of Commerce for organizing trade missions during Romanian Trade Fairs TIB 2006 and TIB 2005.
Refferences from our clients can be provided at demand.
We are open to collaboration with Spanish companies that intend to internationalize their business to Romania and with Romanian companies eager to do business with Spain.
